Return Policy

We want every DouglasB friend to arrive ready for hugs. If something is not right, we will make it simple to send it back.

Window

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the packing slip or order number so we can match the return.

How to start

Email [email protected] or call +1 (603) 357-2841 with your order number. We will send a return authorization and the Keene warehouse address. Prepaid labels are not included unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong plush.

Condition

Friends should be clean, unused, and in the original poly bag when possible. We cannot accept returns that have been washed, gifted with personalization, or clearly played with, except for a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once the return is inspected, we refund the merchandise total to the original payment method. Original shipping is refunded only when we made a mistake. Exchanges are handled as a new order plus a return of the first item.
